Signup process (Online)
In order to sign up online, the prospective member goes to the VitaMist® builder website.
Example:
Prospective member: Bob Sample.
Existing Member name: John Dough
John Dough’s VitaMist Builder website: http://www.vitamistbuilder.com?sid=test
The prospective member goes to the VitaMist builder website, in this case http://www.vitamistbuilder.com?sid=test and takes the tour on the site.
Signup process (Offline)
Customer service is able to enter in prospective customers information and create their account after receiving an appropriately filled out paper sign up form that can be downloaded at www.WeSpray.com
The problem with this method of signup is that there is a delay between the decision to sign up, and the actual entry into our system. Using the online method at your site at VitaMistBuilder.com ensures that people are placed immediately into the system and are also able to immediately accept signups underneath them.
Problems logging in?
What do I need to log in?
Your email address is used to uniquely identify you in our system. When you need to change or set your password, an email is sent to your email address to confirm that it is really you that wants the change.
Why does my email address have to be unique?
We use your email address to help ensure who you are and to prevent other people from having access to your account, and as such there can not be two (or more) accounts with the same email address in our system.
